Basic-coated electrode mostly used for the hard-facing of rolling mill rollers, tracks, slippage rollers, screw feeders, crushing jaws, millstones, requiring high abrasion resistance, together with impact and heat resistance, and for the hard-facing of wear parts such as buckets and excavator shovel teeth, and surfaces exposed to abrasion. Excellent wetting of the weld metal, very good weld quality, good-looking weld bead and rather limited spattering
