Rutile flux cored wire designed for welding Carbon and C-Mn steels with tensile strength up to 510 MPa. Main features: low spatter, fast freezing and easy to remove slag, excellent weld bead aspect. Small weld beads can be obtained in corner vertical up welding. To be used with Ar+CO2 shielding gas. Suitable for welding of steel building, road bridges and boilers, where high toughness is required at low temperature (up to -40°C). Specifically designed to be used in shipyards.
