SKYLINE ALU 4500 is a multifunction synergic inverter-based generator, with separate wire feed, for use in MIG/MAG continuous wire welding, short spray, pulsed and double-pulsed arc (on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum), AC TIG welding of aluminum and its alloys. They also allow DC TIG welding of steel and MMA welding of acid, rutile, and basic electrodes. The arc striking in TIG welding is triggered by HF or LIFT ARC.

The inverter technology and the special design features allow for reduced weight and size without losing reliability and performance. The welding process, regulated by the microprocessor, ensures steady welding (with an exceptional dynamic even at low amperage), is splash-free, and provides perfect arc striking. Synergic control allows for the automatic selection of the welding parameters, even in the harshest working conditions, guaranteeing precision and repeatability. The intuitive control panel allows you to adjust the settings by touchscreen or using the knobs. The display shows 3 selectable levels of complexity according to the operator’s level of experience. Save up to 99 programs as Jobs. The interface can be locked with password-protected access to functions.
